Angie, you know that some times the care givers have to take a break and being a counselor you are a care giver by listening to their problems and giving direction.
If you need to vent or have someone listen we are here for you.

Todd mine went in yesterday and I just a call from the body hop they had found another dent by the door handle. They are seeing if they can fix the door or get a new shell.
Glad to hear your repairs will not take too long even though any time is too lone.
Thanks for getting to work on the bowties so fast.

Thanks, Charles. That means a lot and have been humbled by many of you for being so kind.

It's never a burden to take on someone else's 'stuff' (even if for an hour), but I hate burdening others with my own--in the big scheme of things, it seems so insignificant.

We are indeed a little community.

Nice to see the "injured" HHR's are getting seen to!

Like Sir Charles said, you have made friends here. Use the resource when it's offered. Choosing not to, is not cool at all! I know I have the same self reliance issues. Being a burden for a LONG time to so many people has made it hard to ask. I'm workin' on it! My sponsor tells me all the time that if I choose not to ask when its warranted, its on me to be miserable.

Regarding Sis not liking the pinktie, she can get comfort from not having hers done.

If it seems insignificant or big to you or others talking it out can help. You might talk to someone who has gone through the same thing and be able give some pointers.

What you say is insignifcant is causing distress for you. Thats not small and you are not insignificant. You need us, call !! You have a full plate, part of life is sharing when it's too full. That's why you have US :) Sometimes we need to hear ourselves and the answer comes, other times it's a quiet ear to speak to but don't want it 'fixed' We don't get to be adults without some issues of trust so all we can do is take the risk, because the nearest helping hand is at the end of our own arm, we have to reach out.

as for the bowtie, it's not done yet !! and the pink is going to look GREAT !!!

Drive safe, Ms. Cheri! You will be in our minds too--thinking good thoughts for everything! (Did you get my email? I know you've had problems before.)

Ya know, I did do this Charles--tossed on a little Chet Baker to relax to, then spent a couple of hours writing, and today, I CAN'T find my revisions on my flash drive.
I can only hope it is on my laptop's hard drive.

In the immortal words of Chet, "everything happens to me".

At least it's going to be a pretty drive on PCH later...
