I'm sorry, I don't understand this - "Socal"s annual open house"? Who is Socal, and is that incredible red/white car in the photo the star of the open house? Is this a street car show? So confused...

In 1946 set a speed record with a small block ford flathead in a belly tank from a P 38, or a P 51? they started the hot rod in So Cal a lot of history.
