I know my years say I'm old (57) and my chrome hair color confirms it, but I still hurt just like I was a 16 year old after playing 3 hours of flag football where we forgot it was no contact... Problem is, all I did was walk from the car to the house.

Every day is a gift... I've out lived both my parents and grand parents..Going for a new family record !

 

Sept 28th I'll be 49... I've reached "Jack Benny" status. LOL
my mom says you're not an adult till you hit 40 so I'm really only 8
