I've decided keeping Blackie clean is very therapeutic...always feel good afterwards!

And I agree T & C should represent!
Angie..that is the reason Uma is as shiny as it is. I like cleaning my car..but after dealing with work all day, an hour with a couple of beers cleaning the car relaxes me alot! Then I can get onto the other stuff I need to do...So that is my excuse for now on..it is therapeutic! Great..sounds alot better than anal, huh, LOL. Todd(Uma)

I have to admit Todd, this is what it is becoming now...a way to relax after work. And seeing how good Blackie looks, it is worth it!

(The anal reference was for us lining up perfectly facing forward!)
Seriously, i was only kidding!!

Rain or shine--looking forward to Sunday!

Welcome to Beautiful Sunny CALIFORNIA --- not!

I'm so sad that these glorious sunny days may be coming to a close just in time for the weekend. First they said chance of showers and not it's stronger than that. Well, heck, I have an absorbant thingie too, and I know how to use it! We beat the showers at the Cruise for a Cure, and we'll beat this one too. Surely the weather window will open up just for us!!

Oh - my hubby is sick as a dog again...100-102 deg fever for 3 days running, and the cold symptoms are just now starting. This is no biggie for MYYY buddies, as I would just come without him.

But, Saturday is the Spring Festival of LX's for his club (Chargers Magnums 300's) and it's BIG! They have caravans coming from everywhere!! They had to move it from the Daimler Chrysler headquarters to El Toro Base because registration broke 550 cars - and there are going to be so many execs there. Oh, one of his group's cars has been chosen for Fast and the Furious 4 - so watch for the Go Mango orange Charger. Very cool.

From what I hear/see on the news, it is supposed to be wet Saturday afternoon/evening and perhaps a wee bit in the morning Sunday--and fine afterwards.

but who cares!? I have the pink absorbie, Gortex (tm) raincoat and umbrella stashed in back and am ready to go! Like Don says-the cars are part of it, but it is the folks who drive the cars that keep us coming out!

Cheri, sorry to hear about your husband--hope he feels better soon! Hot & SPICY food is good to kill any cold!

(Don--apparently we might get our stuff by Saturday!)

Oh yeah! Welcome to the promised land, Mr. Fontana!

Dang! Your VISA card must be screaming!
Oh the only thing I got was the new skool script. he told me he was able to mail our stuff stateside (MI) and would take 4-5 days to get. so unless it gets stuck in the snow someplace, maybe by Saturday!

Hope you get the billet--I want to see that! It is just for the bottom, yes?

Yes its for the bottom. I was thinking to relocate my front plate and mount it to the new lower grille. The plate mount is riveted to my bumper! so I'll have to look a little closer to see if that can be done. I got the lower one mainly for protection. I got my decal from the same guy as you did, how long did it take to get? Im still waiting and he hasnt returned any emails. Im getting concerned.
