Meeting up!

Yes Walmart will work great. I think we should meet around 8am and head out around 8:15. I believe it said to start lining up at 8:30. If we want to make it earlier that is ok with me too. I can hardly sleep the night before an event, and I am usually up detailing the car by 5am too.

Not complaining at all but meeting 11 miles away from the event seems odd to me. However, I will comply. Tim, for some reason, I thought it said line up was 6ish? I wonder if a call to the coordinator might be a good idea to tell him how many of us are coming? Just a thought

I vaguely remember Tim saying the director of the event was going to have a spot for us to all park . That being said, I wonder if getting there at 6 or so is really necessary. Tim, your thoughts?

My thoughts are, My postcard is at home and I am not. I think 8:30 might be too late too if it says 6am. Walmart was convenient in the past for us, if there is another place that is better I am not locked into Walmart at all. The caravan is part of the fun. The car show knows how many HHRs are coming, however if we all want to park together we need to arrive together.

Agreed the fun is the drive together. I will watch to see when the final time to meet is decided and see you all there at WallyMart

SIX AM!!!!??? Got my card today, so I'm in. Card does say line up starts at 6 am and doors open at 7 and if we want to be together we should arrive together.

I may have to rethink my Saturday night to LA plans for that weekend. With having to get up so early, won't have time to clean up Blackie!

So Walmart at 6 am is it? At least the time change will have happened the weekend before and it will be lighter at that time. Got a cool new chair at Costco today to sit in, Maguier's to shine up Blackie and I'll have a cooler with sparkling waters to drink and share!

Angie, I think I will be bringing chairs also..feet get terribly tired after a full day of HHR'ing. Walmart is great at what ever time we select. I just registered and have no postcard yet, I am sure it will be fine though. Todd (Uma)
