Picked up the HHR this morning they reprogrammed the ECM per TSB #08-06-04-034. On the service notes fro the test drive had "plenty of power"
There was a customer dropping off a '08 HHR she had bought from Enterprise as mine was coming out. She asked the service advisor what that was he told that was my SS turbocharged HHR I gave one of the hand out cards.
The service advisors and the tech thot worked on my car were asking questions about the SS.

Charles,
I'm glad you are back on the road again. I was worried about you and your SS

I like the "plenty of power" remark. no doubt!

With the CGS on it is very loud on first start of the day until the vacuum settles in. The other day I had to move the SS so a truck could back down the driveway. A group of early 20 year old were stand at the driveway when I took off down the street. They asked the neighbor if it was a race car it must have impressed them and I didn't even put my foot in it!!

Damned if it doesn't happen all the time. I mentioned to Joshua on Sunday, that one of my clients had a property up the road from Cisco's. It would not surprise me to hear from them this week, since I was in Long Beach.

You guessed it, I have to go to San Pedro on Thursday.......

I plan to eat lunch at Cisco's. Breakfast was great, and I bet the burgers are
also.

Anyone in that area on Thursday @ noonish......

That is too funny Al, I too am in the service business (copiers) and it is very common to mention a customer's name in passing and then get a service call from them. The energy flows in mysterious ways!

Dang it, Al!

I'll be in the LB most of tomorrow (meeting with my dissertation chair ) and all day Friday to study/class. Could have used a lunch break--I highly recommend the fries and the burgers are good!

ah well...guess I'll eat on my own!

Not planning on Meguiars (I don't do my own wash & wax). I am planning on Irwindale g2g.
I always try to blend into the background but sometimes I slip.

Charles--you sly dog!
You can't blend in with an SS and you know that!

I rarely let anyone touch Blackie! I have to detail him personally!

Well, not sure when I'll see you then as I will be missing Irwindale
Be safe and stay well!
