Dang--i thought you knew this and this is why you had done it! It is a take on the pink-and-black-50's-jetson's style! I LOVE this stuff! Used to collect plates and things (like kidney-shaped bowls, etc., it is also known as "atomic"), but tend to collect Fiestaware and vintage cookbooks these days...

If you go to Autopia at Disneyland (the original one here in OC), it is totally atomic! Although I think they are changing things....speaking of, my niece and nephew work there and can get discount tix if anyone is interested...

Hi all.... I did it....got home alive, having lost --- and found --- my camera, wallet, passport, and misplaced 3 jackets and then finding a brand new one in my suitcase that I forgot about. I need a handler!! I will post slideshows for your boredom on our home website in a week or 2...grandkids and touristing are exhausting.

So glad I am back and that this place is still going strong. I think socal HHRs are here to stay!

So when's the next to-do?

Have we set a date for this yet, and did I miss it? Or this may be too soon for you all but I'll toss it out on Sat. the 24th you could come over here and do this and then if anyone wants to stay and watch the UFC fight we will be ordering it, it starts at 6:30 so we would need to be done by then. We could BBQ here! Give me some feed back!

Great offer Kim, but the timing won't work for me. I was out of town for 4 days and am seriously backed up with multiple things. If I am lucky I may be caught up by Monday which is a holiday too. If anyone will be free on Monday the 26th maybe we could have a wiper removal session then? I will keep an eye here and maybe we can throw something together.

 

Monday would work for me. Hubby is off and could stay with daughter That means I'd need help though and will ply said person with food

Monday morning I think will work earlier is better (8-9) no later than 9, we were going down to veince beach to see a muscle compitition at noon and if we are closer it wont take as long to drive there most of you are in the OC right? From our house its going to take us over an hour.
