I have 4 racks in the smoker, think I can do 2 baby-back racks per rack, beef will probably take a rack each, damned, should of got a bigger smoker :)

 

You are the man, There be be plenty, I am sure. Maybe one of those huge mobile smokers..and we go do the BBQ circuit! LOL, dreaming, but it would be great. Todd (Uma)
