This NorCal HHR owner would like to add John (SuburbanJunior) of Whitier, CA as a Possible attendee to tomorrow's festivities ! I convenced him to swing by and pick up the Valve Cover and Hang for awhile ! #291 and counting! I-5 here we come!!!!!

Yessir. I use barBque paint and it works good. It's on the flat side, if you want it glossy, another coat with gloss works well. Back it up on the ramps, use cardboard as a shield and paint away. I opted not to paint the whole muffler and just what shows at least for now.

Don, I hope your grille is not that bad..the one I did is a piece of crap, went to put it in the car tonite and the wrinkles were worse, sorry my brother, I cannot show up with that. Looking forward to seeing you again! Todd (Uma)

Damn It, I Forgot to Use Cardboard! Maybe You All Won't Notice why it Look's Like I Drove Through a Tar Pit on the Driverside Quarter Panel ! Cardboard, I Need More Cardboard !

Headlights, windshield and the grille got sandblasted. I'll talk to you tomorrow. Bring the grille anyways please? I was thinking to go white and black with mine since it the chrome is now really F'd up. Talk more tomorrow brother.

I'm all washed and ready to go! Don't think Doc will be with me, he may go fishing? I just bought a can of Black engine paint for the muffler 500 degrees, and my swaybar was delivered today!!!! Set for tomorrow.
