If I remember right everyone met up at the Stater Bros at Baker and Fairview, so we are going with only eight, right and possibly the phantom.

 

Anything firm on the time and place to meet?

 

Ok I got the confirmation email along with a liability release form we will all need to fill out. I think the Stater Bros at Baker and Fairview is close and convienient enough. I think we should meet by 7:15 and give everyone time to fill out the form. Then roll out to the fairgrounds by 7:30ish to line up at the gate.

Here is the email, they want to be clear on 2 tickets per car.

This is your confirmation letter for the Car Corral Area at the 2nd Annual Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction at the OC Fair & Events Center.



Attached is a map to the Green Gate where you will enter. The address is 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.



I am also attaching a liability form that you will need to fill out. I will collect them as you drive in the gate to be placed. At that time you will also receive your 2 complimentary tickets to the auction for that day. ANY VEHICLE THAT HAS MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE WILL NEED TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS.



The hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM each day. Please be ready and lined up at the gate between 7:45 and 8:00AM so we can get you into the Corral area quickly and timely. Do not leave before 5:00PM unless special arrangements have been made with me ahead of time.

I didn't see anything about pop ups. I would bring them and if its cool they are handy. From the map they sent it looks like we will be parked outside of the amphitheater.
