SoCalHHRs Invited/ St. Luke Parish Annual Car Show

Hey Gang, We get invited to car shows from time to time so I thought I would pass this one along if anyone would like to attend and represent. I will be back east this weekend and can't make it. A t-shirt and a dash plaque for $20 is pretty good.

Email Received:
Hello Car Enthusiast!

Just a friendly reminder that the St. Luke Parish Annual Fiesta Car Show will be held in Temple City on April 30, 12-4 pm. The entrance fee is $20 and includes a T-shirt and Dash Plaque. Prizes to be awarded in several categories! Several vendors/exhibitors will be on site this year as well. Applications for vendors/exhibitors with car-related products and services are still available (advanced registration required; see attached).

The St. Luke Parish Fiesta will be held April 29-30 and May 1. The event includes great food, games, rides, entertainment, a Poker Tournament (advanced registration is required) and a Beer Garden. Admission is free.

Hope to see you at this great family event!

-Jonathan Broomfield, St. Luke Parish Fiesta Car Show Captain

Congratulations to Tracy and Julie for winning Best of Show at St Lukes car show. Tracy's hard work shows and his car is becoming a trophy magnet.

Thanks Tracy for representing SoCalHHRs with a big win!

St. Lukes parish car show

The car show was great.Very nice atmosphere, everyone their was freindly and a very good mixture of cars from 1930's to 2010. There was almost 80 cars in the show plus the big Fiesta next door with all the rides and food. They had four awards, Pastor's Award,People's Choice, Best in Show 1980 and older,Best in Show 1980 and newer.Just went to the show to represent SoCal HHR's,and show off the car. Ended up taking home Best of Show.(still shocked), wasn't expecting it at all. Thanks Tim for posting the picture.
