Still learning the ropes here in the Forum, so I hope this is right method to let you know that I plan on attending. I can bring chips, homemade salsa and a batch of homemade hot wings. I also can get their early to help as needed.

Hey everyone...listen up! I have heard that Irvine park( as well as any other park) will be way too busy all of Memorial Day weekend. I was told that there is no way that we will be able to get in....last year they started turning people away at 9:00 am on saturday this holiday weekend! I suggest that we move it to the last weekend in June...I would hate for people to travel so far and not be able to get in. Every one chime in with your thoughts. Todd (Uma)

 

well the reason I didn't respond to this local event is that I have prior commitments (family visiting) for that weekend, but now that you asked about the last weekend in June I am interested. The 4th of July is the next Wednesday so that weekend shouldn't be that busy but IMO the 23rd of June might be better (just a thought).
