Tales of the Grille Whore

Decided that a billet center grille would look sharp......

Installed and removed in 20 minutes.........didnt look right at all on white.

Ordered a chrome stocker........p/n 15920922 (this is chrome, yes? Ive seen the number verified here a few times-bought it for an LT)

Comes today.......open box and there is a satin one in there.

The Grille Whore is defeated twice in a row.

Don, Don, i thought you learned, you have the inside track with the "Grille Master Collier", being that he part of our SoCalHHR group and you go outside the family. You know it's not good to do that, bad things can happen.

Send out for two seperate grille's and look what happened The Grille Master knows when there is a disturbance in the force !!!!!!!

Point made. However, Collier Grilles have to have a starting point. My white one is a Collier that was rough to begin with. Todd has done enough of em for me and as good as he is, cant make one, lol. I figured a billet would be another one to have but man was that a mistake. Horrible. I wanted a fresh new chromie and just do the bowtie white. I get a satin one that I hope I can return. Im going to do a 3 bar out of my current white one.

I SWEAR I WASNT BETRAYING GRILLE'Massa Collier.

LOL, I realize they do not last long, I have tried everything, the front end of this car is just a brick! Sorry to hear about your bad luck, chrome with a white bowtie will look sweet, I would love to do a chrome 3-bar for you, just know i can't do it. I just tried to put paint remover on two of my bowties... and go figure, it eats away the plastic..opps!! I got creative, but didn't work out real well. As you can see there is a line in the bottom of the pic, will keep trying. See you all Sunday, Todd (Uma)
