That works every time. Go to log in screen. Select forgot password - follow the instructions to reset then change it.

 

Ihavetried that but to change passwored the computer weabts to send the new passwored to my e-mail and I cannot open any e-mails or send.

 

problem solved.

Ive tried that will not work as my computer is blocked.
