Absolutely. That SHOULD be covered under the warranty. Have the dealer replace it and then keep the replacement piece as a backup once you get the ZZP piece installed.

Installed new Upper ZZP IC Pipe....still runs like complete hell. About to get rid of this...should have stuck with my supercharged xB afterall.

Only thing left to change kinda related to my problem is the BPV...I was going to go with the forged BPV. But then again...might be wasting $125+ on it if it does nothing. I'm so had it with the POS....

It's costed me alot of money...and what for? Everything I change...it still runs exactly the same.

Told you to remove the tune and drive it for 6 or 7 key cycles. It MAY be what's wrong. Either way It's a good idea to rule out the possibilities.

Remove which tune? Trifecta or GMS1?

Vince said that the Trifecta would not do that. If it were his tune, it would have started from when it was installed.

As for the GMS1....can I just go to the dealer and ask them to "unistall the GMS1 tune" then? Would I not have to put my old MAP sensors back on?

Tonight, I went ahead and ordered a Forged BPV, New TMAP Sensors (upper and lower) & an MPX oil catch can. The top MAP sensor is very damp...everytime I remove it. Figured a catch can might help....and maybe 1 of the sensor's is screwing up. Just "ruling out possibilities"

With all your new goodies u bolted onto the ss, I would ask Vince for an update tune. I'm not sure how his update tunes work but I would think data logging would be involved. Soooo mabe he could help you narrow down the problem. Of course you may want to make him aware of ur problems so he can help u out as best as he can. Just my .02.

Quick Question...

I did a boost leak test on the car before and after I install all of my new parts (intercooler, & upper IC Pipe). Before...I had a small leak in the plastic upper IC pipe..so..I replaced it with the ZZP and it fixed the leak.

If the lower (cold side) IC pipe had a crack...or maybe a bad plastic weld....would a boost leak detect it? (would it hiss if there is a leak when under pressure on the cold side?)

Some guys have had similar simptoms...like mine...and ended up having a crack in the lower cold side IC pipe....
