299 code

10 lbs. Of boost is Max. Hits 10 then falls on it's face, no boost no acceleration. Getting worse and is shifting. I bought a actuator kit have not put it on yet.

Did you check hose clamps that hook up to the turbo, intercooler and throttle body ?
And what do you mean "Getting worse and is shifting" ?
What actuator kit are you referring to ?

You have to use your words, we can't guess what you are looking for.
I am assuming the code in question is P0299?

Hmm. Not even sure what those 2 above mean, (in blue)
Maybe add a little detail to your post. Start with the year SS and transmission, then some better details to the problem.

Possibly a trashed turbo, if it is P0299
