They over torqued the lugnuts with the impact gun and warped the rotors.

I have the brembos, maybe thats why i've easily gotten 30k outta my brakes no matter how I've driven?

Warped rotors will cause a pulsating brake pedal,a surging feel while braking and possibly a shimmy. So how did you get a 'squeeling' noise out of this. I don't see the overtorqued lugs as a cause of this noise.

Did you ever check to see if the back brakes are properly adjusted ?
Yes sure they are self adjusters, but sometimes they need to be checked..Just lift a wheel & spin it..

If they are not set right, your fronts will never last long..

Squeeling is usally from loose pads viberating in the caliper or the wear indicators touching.

Becareful with the term warp as many people really have no clue of it. Usually the only time it happens is with over torqued lugs. The other cases are rotor thickness variation or pad materital embeded in the rotor surface. Both do not make the squeel.

Usally the common cause is the pads get a little loose and they will make the noise.

I agree. I have never had an issue with rotors in any of my cars, even at the 100k mi mark. Always use a torque stick. Maybe it's luck because some say it doesn't matter; but maybe it's the reason for my success with rotors too. My torque wrench is made by Snap-on, but even the cheap ones are better than guessing. When you have to guess, you have to take into account the length of the bar, which many do not. I just can't see why even a shadetree mechanic wouldn't use one when you can get them for as little as 20 bucks.

Our lugs should be at 100 ft/lbs. This one goes from 20 to 150, so it's suited for the application:

Funny I use the same one for years and I have never had an issue with a warped rotor either. Even if the "torque stick" has an error factor of 6-8% it is still torquing close to the factory specs, and all lugs are the same..

Yea I confirmed the dealers findings the squeeling was from the ware sensors remarkably from both sides. Pad ware seemed even no hot spots the rotors are a bit worne but not bad. Any one else use the HAWK ceramic pads. I was thinking of using those.

yes final torque is 100 ft lbs, but should go up in steps, & of course do each wheel in star pattern of increments of torque also..

I go 25/ 50 / 75 & final round @ 100 ft lbs.
