Well, 95% of that mileage was highway miles....and besides with the radio on, how could I hear any brake noises as I was coming to a stop...

I was really tempted to go for a 100,000 miles on the stock tires, and I may have made it, but the better part of me prevailed and I put safety in front of anything else. As I said before, the stock tires left a lot to be desired in the wet and especially in the snow. The new tires feel real good so far with only using them for about an hour since yesterday. And they look good!!!!

I replaced stock tires at about 42K miles, and brakes shorty after that.

Should be a good time! What's the CED meet?

At least you know how to drive yours. Unlike some of those cobalt kids, 3 transmissions in less than 5000 miles? Said he couldn't understand why!

The CED meet is an annual meet we have at Rockenbach Chevy in Grayslake IL. Its usually a 3 day thing and its awesome. We have people drive out from coast to coast.

And about the trans i already went through one haha

Yeah but 3 in less than 5000 miles and he can't figure out why? That's funny.
