HVAC System

New blower motor, new resistor, new relay and even went as far as changing the control panel. But still NOT working. Next thing is the wiring but really?? What else could it be??

Have you done a voltage check at each of these parts ? Or are you just putting parts on it hoping it works.

Sounds like a little diagnostic work is needed.

Yes we've done voltage test. Nothing showing power to heater controls but all the lights come unit? Something is going on with the wiring just wish it wasn't so difficult to diagnose.

What exactly does "not working" mean".

From the information you have supplied I would say that the problem is that you have not turned the car on.

No power to the controls but you replaced all these parts anyway ? Maybe I'm misreading your posts.

First thing to check is for power. If you have none, then relays and fuses. And, you do realize the power for the system goes through the BCM.

All of these been checked?
Inside fuse box: fuse #10,#16. Relay #30
Engine comp box: fuse #4, #6
