List of common turbo problems

List of common turbo problems
Is there a definitive list of common turbo issues on the forum? if not. Can we start one? so far from what I have read on this forum:
-failed bypass valve, diaphram and/or spring
-boost leaks/cracked pipes
-GTMU TMAP harness crimps failing
-lower GMTU TMAP sensor harness hitting the A/C compressor
-Dirty MAF element
-Intercooler plastic end tanks cracking/exploding
Have I missed any of the common ones?

Great idea!!! 
If one adds the symptoms of the problems related to the parts, and adds the CEL codes one can expect, that would help a bunch as well.
To take it a step further, then add links to related threads here.
Kind of along the lines of this thread of general common issues/questions/problems -

If we can get some helpful detail here, we can make it a "Stickey".
