A cracked pipe is common but wouldn’t explain fuel in the oil pan

P2188
https://www.obd-codes.com/p2188

Check and clean the MAF sensor, use CRC sensor safe, not brake parts or carb cleaner!
Check for damage to the wire harness
Check and clean the air filter, if it’s washable like a K&N don’t oil spray it to much, just a lite mist on the dirty side away from the throttle body.

bank one sensor one o2 has been replaced
also code p2188 is the only one I’ve gotten until this last time after I did the hpfp and the injectors and this is code p0451 and this has only cam on once and no again and is currently not on

So you’ve replaced the HPFP and the direct injection injectors , is it possible an oring got nicked during installation?

I mean anything is possible really but I really don’t think so everything went in smooth and nothing was forced or jammed everything was tightened
down evenly, but I will say they are not brand new they have been rebuilt and flow tested and cleaned all new gaskets filters but they could still be bad, I’m going to hook a scanner to it and start the car and let it build pressure and turn it off and see if I have any loss of fuel pressure

If you can see the exhaust manifold, you might check the temperature of each cylinder with an infrared thermometer. If one is different, check that injector. Assuming of course you can get to it and it's reasonable.

I didn’t know you installed rebuilt injectors. It is plausible they are faulty, wrong orings or something.
