Every once and a while on my boost gauge it has a no boost sign on and it reads, "data not available" anyone ever see this? I can hear the turbo still.

10RedSS. Since you have the RPD,then I assume this is where you lose the boost reading? No add on seperate guage? Reason I ask is because the 08's,09's had the pillar guage. Might need to ask some of the RPD owners.
Fwiw. I haven't lost the boost reading on mine, but usually don't have it set to the boost guage.

Firemangeorge, 09 the RPD was an option, I just had the same issue but haven't asked the dealer yet, plus what the hell do they know.

Batman, when I do you'll be the first to know, but I just added the TWN short shifter so the price just keeps going up

Had this same problem happen to me last week, followed by the P0106 engine code. I re-crimped all the new MAP connections from the GMTU, cleaned the MAP sensors, & reset the computer and it's been fine since. Might want to check/clean your MAP sensors and connections.

Yes, I have had this problem. It is the upper TMAP sensor. Unplug the connector from the sensor and plug it back it correctly. If that doesn't do it check the splices. Hopefully, just reconnecting the plug will do it for you. It may have been inadvertantly bumped while the oil filter was being removed or some other work in the general area. Good Luck

So it happened again today, I put a tech 2 on it, I had 8 DTCs. Said i had misfires on all cylinders, map sensor poor performance, and a mass air flow sensor code.No check engine light ever came on.

I found out yesterday that you'll get the data not available error even with a pending fault code. Erase the code and the display will come back. Did alot of fault erasing on the fly yesterday with all the GMTU problems I have.
