It never fails to amaze me, take a car, modify it, 1/2 a$$ed and when there’s a code or 2 , start messing with the fuse box?

those codes indicate a misfire, have you inspected coils, injectors, the wiring harness for them.
what spark plugs are in there, are the intake valves coked?
you say they were scoped, how?
Through the spark plug holes or through the intake manifold?

it would be an idea to start with the basics, I know it sounds redundant, but you are going to have to retrace your steps, and get those crimped on connections soldered.

uh, YES! On 91+, absolutely.

I got a deal on mine because I bought it at a Ford dealer used. They knew nothing about the SS, but I managed to convince them there was something off with the acceleration. I am sure they put some 87 in the tank. It was not terrible, and certainly not sputtering or stalling, but I got a price reduction.

A few years ago I had a brief encounter with a 'restored' Fiat X1-9, often regarded as a poor man's Ferrari, or an Italian death machine! The wiring harness had been crimped, and the engine ran just fine until it got too cold, wet or hot. Soldering cured the issue.

Have those connections soldered and report back with the results.

 

Well the OP has either resolved the problem, or hasn't.

We might as well close it, as he does not seem interested in advising if the problem is still ongoing or is actually resolved.

IMO if you are planning on maintaining your own vehicle, you better learn how to do soldering - it's not rocket science - and if you need help with it, just check youtube.
