Already got one in my cart... now just trying to figure out if this can be fixed without replacing the caliper...

Did my rear brakes 3 months ago and used the same tool.
It rotates the caliper piston and pushes it back in.
Before pressing on the brake pedal pulled up on the E brake a couple of times to let the piston ratchet out if needed.
No problems at all.
Was the old pad wear even on the left and right ?
