No, those are 14 inch.

I don't know how it is possible for them to be "P205/75/R14 ou P215/70/R14".

Not even getting into age, I haven't seen F78 for 20 years. Tire rubber does have a shelf life.

here's the right ad:

The closest fit for 15" rims would be 215/60/R15, just saying.

The tires in your link:
If they are from a 1963 Beetle, stock, they are 165/80/R15, they are almost identical
in circumference, a -0.2" difference, but are 2" thinner. I don't think it would look good
on an HRR unless you actually have the body done up as a REAL "panel" truck, and have the
wood panel look, then they would really class it up with the thick white walls.

The issue is not so much the tire, it's the 15" rim clearing the front calipers, where
as REAR drums, it would be fine.

I don't do French, but it looks like those tires are from 1963. That is way out of shelf life, maybe not legal to drive on and the appear to be bias ply not radial. That would be either 5.60 X 15 or 6.00 X 15.

The WW seems to be painted on, that is not the way WW tires are made. The white part is flat rubber under the black rubber that was lathed off. No raised lettering in the white area.

If you are looking for wide white walls you can buy them from places like J.C. Whitney.

These 1 1/2 inch wide white walls were to fit PT Cruisers and HHR 16 inch rims

https://www.cokertire.com/tires/styl...whitewall.html

Some Malibu in the early 2000's to 2005 or 6 had 15 inch rims , but you would be very limited to hub caps and tire size.

The tires in the Kijiji ads look real old and unsafe for your application

Well, the AD says '63 Beetle, clearly.

Rough Translation:

Firestone tires New (4), to white sidewalls of 2 3/4", greatness 5,60-15 , purchased for VW
Beetle 1963, because of the sale, abandonment of the project, paid $1400. Left to $ 950,00 , Other
parts available. Tel: (418) 882-1376 hrs Dinner. (I am Has Quebec)
He has 5,60-15, he must have forgot the "21" in front of it, as I said, they would be for stock
1963 beetle tires.

IF they were safe to drive, IF they were legal, they would look nice on a HRR with an actual
retro panel look, though here are some examples:
