18's with lowered shocks on hhr ls?

hi looking at getting some wheels that are 18/7.5 tires are 225/40/18's was wondering if they'll work with cobalt ss shocks on the back or if they'll rub or have any other problems?

Shocks or Springs? If you want to level the back you need the springs and those wheels and tire sizes would work. What type of wheel?

would be springs and going to put dvinci pazzo's on the car
