Bent rims

Bent rims
I have a 2009 HHR LT and recently put a new set of tires on it. The car had vibration in the floor before the new tires and I thought it was the old worn tires but once the new ones were installed the vibration remained so I took the car back to the garage and had them balance the tires again. They told me the rear rims were bent and that was likely the cause of the vibrations. If that is true then I would think the bent rims will ruin the new tires because they don't contact the road evenly. I have looked for rims online and I noticed there are a lot of hub caps available for these rims. I am not sure if mine have hub caps. How can I tell if they do?

It could be the rims are bent, are yours the five spoke 17 inch rims with hub caps? The lug nuts would be plastic and thread into the double thread lug nuts
These are four fairly new rims, here's the classified ad
