Hancook snow tires

Has anyone had experience using the Hankook IceBear W300 winter tires on their HHR? I'm not sure if they are aggressive enough to the job for me. There are mixed reviews on the tire sites, either they swear by them or say they are the worst ever. Thanks for your help.

I have Hancook all season tires. They are great. I have not had a bit of problem in upstate ny, Rochester, ny area.

I've been running a set of Hankook W404 Winter tires for 5 years now - love them. They are a hint noisy, but not too bad considering the tread design. Good traction in the wet, which we get a lot of here, and works quite well in the snow. Have used cable chains on all four for about 100 miles - tires held up well. Haven't really tried them on much ice, but so far nothing untoward has popped to mind.

I'd buy them again. :)

We had Icebears on our 2006 Impala LTZ its entire life until we traded it a few months ago. My wife only drives a mile one way to work, and we didn't travel that much with that car, so didn't bother to change them out in summer. They were great all year round. 4 years and we had 6 of them, and they were in great shape when we traded the car off for a Equinox LTZ.
