Hot Rod Hanks ...?

Any one familiar with these?

http://www.hotrodhanks.com/products/...4551?size=16x7

Very similar to the Wheel Vintiques. They're 7" wide with 35mm offset compared to 6.5" with 32mm offset.

I like them because they're already painted black and come with the cap for a little less than the Wheel Vintiques (unpainted). I had been looking for rallyes, but want to go with smoothies instead. I just haven't seen these mentioned here and don't know if the measurement differences are a big deal or not.

Anyone?

I could be wrong, but I thought stock was a 42 offset.

Could that difference have contributed to the first review which mentioned grinding the caliper down ?

Yes, stock offset is 42mm on the stock 6.5" rim. This calculator:

1010TIRES.COM - Wheel Offset Calculator

shows that a 7" rim with 35mm offset will have 1mm more inner clearance...

That review on the website mentioning grinding the caliper down failed to mention what vehicle they put the wheels on..... I was just wondering if anyone here had any experience with the seller....
