According to the brembo wheel thread onthe cobalt SS forum its supposed to work but I can get a solid answer from anyone. Have u guys heard of this? I am looking for some winter wheels with out breaking the bank

 

what size are the ion wheels

 

they are 17 x 7.5 not sure of the offset

 

I just plugged in 05 redline and 08 HHR SS into tirerack.com and both came up with the same size wheel options. For 17's they are by 7.5 typically and the offset on both ranged from 45 to 40. The Bolt pattern also was the same at 5 x 110mm. You can also do this at discounttire.com and you can see if they agree. They typically do.

 

Might have bad news. I just did a try using the 2010 ss with performance package and it only gives 18" and up for options. What year is the SS?

 

09 with brembo's and LSD

 

They clear Brembo's, been proven, and I *thought* the SS/NA wheels did too but I could be mistaken.

 

I believe a couple of HHR SS's are running around with Cobalt SS/SC wheels around here. I don't remember seeing a problem with them fitting at all, iirc. The Redline wheels should be the exact same as the SS/SC wheels.
