I have a 2008 LT panel that I ordered with polished 17's and 215/50 tires. I have completed several improvements K&N, Magnaflow, Trifecta, H&R springs and now ready to add 18''s 235/40's. Wondering if there would be a substantial loss in ride the quality?

 

18" would ride more smoothly if I remember correctly..

 

Tons of folks here who have 18s. I think mine are 225/40.

 

Lots will depend on the tire choice. Some have much stiffer sidewalls. My current Cont 245/40 ride much better than the Eagle GT 225/45's I had before.
