Need tires

Been looking at General Altimax RT43. Seems to have good reviews at Tire Rack. Anybody had experience with these?

Yup - just run them through the search tool at the top of the page - and maybe send a pm to the person who picked up a set. They sound pretty good - and a good price point as well.

Did a search. Turned up lots for HP, nothing for RT43.

Looked at them, got Sumitomo HTR Enhance L/X 215 60X16 95T, Cost a dollar or so more $333 shipped, but 90,000 mile warranty (that's good for 18 months). I got a guy that will mount and balance for $12 each. Still waiting for last years Firestones to wear out, they have 65,000 out of 70,000 on them no wear bars yet but a bad LCA put some wear on one edge of one.

I only look at $/mile, not performance. So T speed is fine with me, I don't routinely exceed 70 MPH.

Remember when 40,000 miles was life of the car?
