The 215/55/17 @ 26.3" I don't think you could go much taller..

215/50/17 = 25.5 stock

Those Malibu 17's would look super Hi-Polished.. (they look Good now)..

Nice choice 17 x 7 & perfect backspacing..
had 205's since I got them off a Cobalt. Didnt change out tires since we just swapped my steels w/hubcaps on to the cobalt and the Cobalts rims and tires on to mine. I just wanted the rims but they were 17's and mine were 16's so we just swapped the whole set up over. Thats the exact same thing we did with set to. I also got these since they were darker, kinda matches better than the polished look does with the black chrome.

Ecl- Thanks for the reply.. I see what you mean, the Malibu mags do go better with the Black Chrome you have going on there..

I think you've started something, cause those rims look HOT & I found out they come Hi-Polished too..

I'd black(or body color) out the recessed areas.....make the spokes stand out....

Great taste in wheels. I put these on my HHR only 2 months after buying her new. The LS steel wheels and hubs just were not going to work for me.

Those go very well with car. I know what you mean about the steels and hubcaps not working for you, I actually did put up with them for a year and then had some Cobalt rims that were nice but when I saw these I just had to pick them up.

Pictures don't do this wheel justice. It's had to see the contrast between the polished top and the charcoal gray. They really stand out if you see them in front of you.

Chevy really should have offered those Malibu rims on the HHR. Timmy, your car looks fantastic wearing those. Nice shine too! God Bless, Marc

sleeper- yeah from what i can see the charcoal gray is in the clear-coat. This is a little more clear picture showing the contrast between the machined front and charcoal gray inner.
