Just picked up some new wheels for the HHR and they require a lug nut with a 60* conical seat,it says on the packageing that factory lugnuts are fine as long as they are 60*.I am pretty sure the factory lugnuts on the HHRs are 60* so i should be fine useing them correct?The wheels i got are the Platinum Saber from ultrawheels,gloss black/machined lip.

Yes, the lug nuts on the HHR have a 60 degree seat. If your factory lugs will fit in the bore in the wheel they will be fine. My aftermarket wheels required a small diameter lug nut.
