Not sure what you're aiming at here. I think they look AWSOME but I don't remember that being an OEM option and that's more like powdercoat not black chrome. more info please lol

 

This option was installed at the Dealer with parts supplied by the Factory, the dealer option code was VTC Black Chrome $660.00 might have been 2009 only.

Checked my build options, no such option for wheels and all items on the SS are color coded the same as the base color of the veh. someone is selling you a bill of goods, although the wheels do look good. dealer options are just that dealer options, everything else is standard

 

Looks like there is lots of picturesque scenery around you, we should expect a featured submission soon ?? I like them black wheels, when you get tired of them I don't live far.

 

Nothing on your car is black chrome sorry.
