Replaced Firestone Tires........

Replaced my original Firestone Tires with Yokohama AvidV4S on my '07 2LT. The difference is well worth the expense!

What size/specs on those tires? Same as stock or did you alter size and width?

Exact same as stock - P215/50/vr17, specs are much higher - 60,000 mi limited warranty, higher speed and temp ratings than the stock Firestones. The Yokohoma website has the complete rundown.

So far a lot better than the Firestones - they are highly rated for wet weather like we have out here in the Pacific Northwest.

I wish it was wet... this heat wave is not fun. If I'd wanted all this heat I'd be living in Phoenix, or LA.

I will happily send some of this rain your way. I can't remember a week without rain in the last 3 or 4 months. Just southeast of here there is an entire town under flood water.
