Those are the same wheels that are on my HHR. I'm pretty sure they are factory 17" wheels.

They are 16 inch, I could be wrong but i think
the 2LT is the only one that got the 17 inch.

You're right, they are 16 inch chrome wheels. I was thinking of the 2LT wheels on another HHR.

I got the cap yesterday and it is the correct one. Not bad for $8 and free shipping.
