Rim and Tire Question

Ive been searching for a few days now and I cant seem to find what I want. Ill be getting an HHR here this year after some debt is been payed off. I came from Cobaltss.net and had a nice 2.0SS/SC that I had to sell when I bought my new house. :-( Bye bye 13 sec car.

Anyways, lets say I wanted to put 20x8.5 with a 42mm offset on an HHR. What is the largest size tire you can put on there if you werent going to lower it? Im sure if I choose a different offset you could prolly squeeze a little more tire on it but who knows out there?

I am running 225/30r20 and the side wall isn't straight up and down
That doesnt sound good. I ran 255/35/20 on my xtreme and I loved that size. I hate how the tire bows in.

Try this site. I've posted it before, but I don't believe anyone's paid much attention. You can put in all kinds of specs, and it will show you results.
