srv tire pressure

long story short had a totaled hhr come in same year as mine (08) so i swapped wheels and tires out . cant beat free tires with only 5k on them. Half way home the low tire light came on and it flashed service tire monitor system and its not reading any pressures. Does anyone know how to reset the system?

Thanks,
Raymond

It's on page 5-65 of your Owners Manual. If you haven't an Owner's Manual, you can download one, or reference it, from the General Discussion section of this forum. It's listed under Owner's Manuals.

It is quite long or I would provide the instructions.

This is the biggest pain in my ass... I hate the damn thing, the dealer just resets it every time and I know the monitor is F'ed up because it's the same one every time. I just get the dummy light and RF -- every time, at least once a month.

Yeah, I know bout that. Every once in awhile my R/rear goes bonkers and tells me low pressure, when it's not. Re sets itself after a few cycles, for a week or so[I don't drive much] then does it again. I'm just living with it. "Moon"
