Tire age

Took the car into my tire dealer and they checked out the tires. Their conclusion was that the tires are in fine shape and there is no reason to replace them now. I might replace them when the snow starts to fly just to get better traction but for now they will stay on the road.

My 2006 when I bought it had 32,000 miles on the front Firestones was leaking air all the time had a tire shop do a pressure test had neve seen this done, he checked the tire pressure to the correct pressure and then put it a tank of water, he had hydraulic plates on each side pressing the sidewalls and it showed leaking from thesidewalls this was the original Firestones, no more problums.
