My daughter had them on her Cadillac DeVille but I've never seen them on an HHR.

vogue tires are very expensive,.. I had them on all my cadillacs in the past.
but sadden to say for some reason they never lasted me.. I never could explain the math on them.. how such an expensive good looking tire can only give me 10k miles before you start seeing wearing signs on them? I say vogues are for show cars & not for daily driving.. my opinion.

I can carry legalay's comments a little further........

I've had them on 5 Cadillac's, AS A DEALER ADDED OPTION. They ARE NOT an OEM provider of tires. They provide tires and peripheral equipment to auto dealers and tire/parts dealers as a method to increase net income for those dealers. As of a few years ago, NO auto manufacturer provides these as standard equipment.....do not know about now.

As mentioned above, they typically are a long mileage expensive tire that has better competition in the name brands. They are not a performance tire, as some of the marketing material suggests.

Now mentioning all of that, I will say the mileage guarantee is dependent, like most tires, on the "rubber" in the tire. However, the Vogues are, more so. They are a very hard rubber compound tire. As a result they did not provide a comfortable ride, especially in a Cadillac. I would not order them on a vehicle that I expected a soft cushy ride.

Now after I mentioned that, the usual question arises, "Why on 5 Cadillacs then?". Easy answer.....because I didn't pay for them and the wife and I were test mules for a certain company. All I can mention is the Cadillac dealer could not satisfy the constant complaints about the harsh ride.

Oh, and I believe the tires are a contracted order "phantom run" for some tire manufacturer. I don't believe they have their own manufacturing facility.

Good luck on whatever you decide.
