Well sir, of course I like the second choice...cough cough...but I'd like to see something different so I'm going with the first one.

x3 I will date my self but back in the day when a black wheel was standard issue on cars anything shiny was an improvement. Sometimes I love a blacked out vehicle if done right. A polished lip on a black wheel at a distance looks like a white wall tire on a black steelie to me. I like the red lip but I don't know that it would work on a silver HHR. It works on this car but it is black. Funny, I just noticed the car in the back ground. Point made.

Now why did we have to go ragging on black wheels. I have not run across anyone that detested my wheels..until now.

lol hating on the black wheels... i use to have white wheels on my old show car worse decision ever! went to silver with black backing to the so wheel dust disappeared

i just think with 5% tint and black wheels it will sit just right but it is my wifes vehicle after i get my next toy lol

Peeked in your Gallery and you already have great wheels to compliment all the chrome. I don't think either wheel goes with your theme. If you really want to go black..and by the way there's nothing wrong with that, you should look for something with chrome inserts. My wheels came with inserts but I'm not sporting chrome so I leave them off.

I'll do you one better, how about when the wheels were painted body color so if you cheaped out you had a band of matching paint around the dog dish hubcaps.

Or the GM Rally II wheels that could be ordered with body color insets between the argent colored spokes, man they looked sharp on some cars.
