im contemplating the solstice as well

 

On my black HHR I'm sure would look great with a Prokit drop :)

here is what i put on mine. 18's off a G6. and i also spent some time before i bought them figuring out the offset. i like them too because the stock centercaps fit. i get asked if they are stock

so the g6 wheels fit with no modfication

 

yeah they need some modding....paint or powdercoat.

 

Saturn Aura wheels will fit as well-same car as a Malibu.
I'm suprised that Solstice/Sky wheels work at all with those cars being rear wheel drive.The offset should be WAY wrong.Front drive cars usually have a lot more positive offset.

 

That used to be true. RWD cars used to typically have a zero or even a negative offset whereas FWD cars had a positive offset. A lot of today's RWD cars now utililize a positive offset comparable to the FWDs.

 

can anyone verify offset and width of malibu ss wheels?

 

Does anyone know if the hhr wheels will fit on an 08 equinox? I'm looking at getting new wheels for my ss and I figure why not put the ss wheels on the equinox?
