Fun with a 350Z

Coming home from running to get a bottle of the good stuff to drink at home with my girlfriend, I come across a 350Z that'd been modded, quite obviously. Engine sounded great, and changed over to everything LED head and tail lights.
I gun it, and take off from the light, he's the next lane over and 1 back, with no traffic behind me, he dodges over seeing that I launched off and was losing him fast, he catches up quickly and gives me a good run, chasing me down.
Yes its not a kill, but it was still fun to be gunned down so to speak by the car of my dreams.

Sounds like the only reason you beat him, is because he wasn't paying attention, lol

The way he worded it sounded like he was the one who "killed"

Kind of like getting a wink from a sexy girl across the room. You know she's out of your league but it still is nice

Got a buddy with an '06 350 they arn't that quick! he has one or two toys. I owned an older twin turbo, now that and the same years Supras were quick, oh and throw in the Stealth, 3000GT, and the 1st gen Fox body 5.0's! On my way home from Atlanta yesterday, I passed a charcoal 370Z, now that should be your dream car Officer. Beautiful car(350), but again really disappointed in launch and pick-up. the SS with a few tweaks took it almost everytime, and we switched drivers! Now if it didn't cost a but-load of cash to attach a twin turbo set-up, then go for it, or wait a few years and buy a 370 in the 40's.
