punched in the nose..
Called again today and they still can't give me a date on when it'll be done... I want to complain but I'm afraid they'll muff my car up somehow if I rush them. Any advice?
give them as much time as they need, i know thats not the answer that you want. When i worked autobody and people came in and *****ed we either rushed there car and did not come out the way that we wanted it to, or it took longer because we would only work on it when we knew they were coming. If you know the shop where your car is just stop by just to ask how things are coming. and if you think they are doing a really nice job let them know, a nice customer all ways gets more.
As a Service Manager, I think now is the time to call your dealer GM , the better business bur and a local news station. Your repair shop is inept. I see red flags all over this repair. What is you agent telling you? You may want to think about a lawyer. Sorry to go on but.... glad to hear you are ok. Good Luck.

What happens if I pick up my car and sign the paperwork saying eveything looks good and I find a problem later? Will I be stuck with it? I really hope my car comes back as perfect as it was before the wreck..
well my hits from other drivers have left my rides always less then perfect... now let me say I'm a car lover and every car I've owned has been customized from my minitruck back in the day to my Neon I traded in for the HHR, they've always hassled me to sign the papers and I've ALWAYS found problems by the time I got them home... my Neon's door was so poorly aligned there was enuf air coming in thru the gap it would hit me in the face... Hub was NOT happy with that... parts missing, the list goes ON & ON!!!...
if you can I would drive it down the road, make sure there's no surprises..
GOOD LUCK
Wow! Now your making me nervous! I know 2 months is forever but I honestly thought they had trouble getting parts. At least thats what they kept telling me. I got an email from my salesman a couple days ago and told him about it but I havn't heard anything back. My HHR is supposed to be in paint so we'll see.

What part are they waiting on/for?
The time frame is a little too long for a fix. Have they been driving it?
So many questions.
I would go there just to make sure that it is really there! And that they have really started working on it!
What Dealership is it? Just want to make sure that I don't let NEMO go there!
Sounds more like a runaround!
