These are my winter rims same lug nuts for the Cobalt SS rims I posted before.

Mike has black nuts and chrome nuts, be I think there’s a cream for both !

But there’s just a few 7mm screws and spring clips holding the dashboard, the A pillars need to be removed also.

There’s not much to see under the dashboard top either. 
As FMG points out, the air bag has to be removed, I do not recommend that !!
