And from the driver’s side, that’s where you install the spacer Note: you don’t have to remove the steering rack, I just found these photos in my library.

These are my winter rims same lug nuts for the Cobalt SS rims I posted before. Mike has black nuts and chrome nuts, be I think there’s a cream for both ! Send him a PM , he’s a great guy.

But there’s just a few 7mm screws and spring clips holding the dashboard, the A pillars need to be removed also.

There’s not much to see under the dashboard top either. As FMG points out, the air bag has to be removed, I do not recommend that !!

These are OEM style lug nuts for the steely rims from the factory

In the red circle the adjuster is still there! This appears to be the passenger side. I’m not sure how the motor is connected to adjust the head light.

The serpentine belt tensioner bolt should be like this in the middle of the slotted hole in the passenger side fender well.
