These Moog bushings replace them GM part number provided on many GM parts sites, some which indicate the part is obsolete. These are a package of 2 and there are AC Delco listings on RockAuto with a package of 2 also. 
So, after you measure your sway/ stabilizer bar and if it does indeed turn out to be 25 mm , order just one of these

A GM part number so maybe they manufacture for GM , not sure but hey they were cheap and so long as they work , great. 
Did you check the home methods of breaking the tire bead to replace the TMPS sensor, I liked the guy with the two pieces of lumber.
