Welcome to the Corvette club! Nice car. Are you sure they replaced the complete clutch assembly? On the C6's if the clutch fluid is not changed regularly the slave cylinder will fail and clutch pedal will go to the floor and not come back up. Not really a sign of being driven hard. Unfortunately a common problem. I change mine once a year or so and all is good.

What dealer did you trade with? I think I may have seen our SS while I was shopping for another HHR. I'm in Tarzana so I hit all the dealers from thousand oaks east to North Hollywood.
