RCDLR question

RCDLR question
Went to get fobs reprogrammed and it looks as if my RCDLR is not receiving the signal. Fobs are sending signal, confirmed twice.
Is it possible that the HHR doesn't have keyless entry?
Getting some hail damage repaired soon so the headliner is coming out. Perfect opportunity to do this.
Looking at this site I see three part numbers listed for the part. Which one is it?
RECEIVER. Door Electric and Vacuum Locks for Chevrolet HHR (2008 - 2012). #25974373
It's a 2008, panel with 2.2l
And question two, would a part from a salvaged hhr or cobalt work?

First check fuse #23 on the BCM (inside fuse box).
Has the car sat around with a dead battery for several days?
Does the TPMS work? That is the same receiver.
If you do replace it you will need to go to a dealer to have it programmed.
Mitchell says it is 25974373. http://www.ebay.com/itm/GM25974373-0...9Xfo2O&vxp=mtr

If they never worked, how do you know they are the right remotes? Your chevy dealer can confirm if they are the right ones, and can reprogram them if necessary.
If you replace the receiver, you could just be throwing your money away.

Not sure if this helps, fob number is GM/L 15788020.
If I understood the tech yesterday correctly, when he had his device hooked up to the car, it wasn't finding the receiver.
Fobs are sending signal.
The car was used for advertising purposes so it sat, not sure how long. So, the battery could have died, maybe even more than once.
Speculation on my part though.
Checked fuse 23 marked RDO, it's good.
Realize it will have to be reprogrammed.
So far no one has charged me anything thus far.

You might try pulling the headliner down a bit to see if it's there at all. I don't have much faith in a tech that says "he had his device hooked up to the car, it wasn't finding the receiver" I have had that happen at least twice when I pointed to the part they were dumbfounded.
One guy could not find the RCDLR on my 2008 because he was looking behind the Right rear trim panel; the tech2 couldn't find it because he didn't know what button to push. The book is incorrect where it says it's behind the Left rear trim panel. As we know end of 2007/2008 onward it is under the headliner near the mirror.
Then I replaced the SDM (air bag computer) and took it in to have it programmed; the guy was looking for it attached to the ECM not the BCM then proceeded to tear the car apart looking for it.
Here is a TSB that is relevant, if you can get them to read it.
