1948 Chevy Sedan Delivery

I found this on cars-on-line, it has some front end damage but it looks alot like the HHR panel.

It's gorgeous!! Last year, at our Cruise for the Cure, there was this aqua-colored one that drove in, in the wee dark hours of the morning (you have to - there are thousands of cars). Anyway, it had underbody lighting that MATCHED the car and it looked like magic on wheels. I never found it to look at up close, but THIS YEAR, I'm looking for it HARDER.

Looks like a good fixer up!! (ie very little work)

Also note the running boards AND fender protector. See a pattern?

Only pattern I see is that they were standard equipment then, are standard equipment in Canada now, and should be standard equipment here now. And Chevy should provide cost assistance to those of us w/o them.
